Located just five (5) miles southeast of Interstate Highway I-75 at Bridgeport (Exit 144), the Frankenmuth Business Park is easily accessible to federal and state highways including M-83, M-46, M-15, M-54, and M-57. On the eastern edge of Saginaw County, Frankenmuth is well situated to servcie Saginaw, Bay, Midland and Genesee Counties, as well as Michigan's Thumb and all points across the state.

Access.  With an extensive network of Class A roads and highways, Frankenmuth businesses have access to transporation well-suited for their business, their vendors and their employees.  Additionally, Frankenmuth is served by two major airports and two local airports.

Just twenty (20) miles from Frankenmuth, Flint Bishop International Airport (located at I-75 and US-69) serves both passenger and freight customers.  Using the call letters FNT, Flint Bishop completed a major expansion and renovation in 2006.  MBS International Airport (MBS) is located in Freeland, Michigan. Less than 25 miles from Frankenmuth, MBS also serves passenger and freight customers.  MBS is undergoing a major expansion and multi-million renovation now. Both airports have direct flights to major cities including service to Detroit Metro (DTW) for other connections.

Local airports provide distinct service, as well.  Harry Browne Airport (Saginaw/8 miles) provides service for corporate jets and freight.  The Tiny Zehnder Airfield in Frankenmuth services small privately owned planes.


Location.  The Frankenmuth Business Park is well located at the northern edge of Frankenmuth’s local commerical district, North Main.   Located at 5000 Gera Road in Frankenmuth Townhip, the site provides the opportunity to take advantage of the many professional and personal services available in Frankenmuth and the region.  With development, the property will be annexed to the City of Frankenmuth.Due west of the property are 4.3 Acres zoned Commercial Local Planned Unit Development (CL PUD)owned by Frankenmuth Insurance.  The property is available for development in cooperation with the City of Frankenmuth or as a free-standing project.  CL PUD allows for local commercial business, similar to the B-3 zoning in place along North Main in the City of Frankenmuth.Property north and south of the Frankenmuth Business Park are also available for sale and development.
