With 15.1 acres of land owned by the City of Frankenmuth, the Economic Development Corporation (EDC) proposes flexible development plans for existing business expansions and new business attractions.
As a new development location, the Frankenmuth Business Park seeks businesses interested in building in a campus like location, providing employment opportunities for the region. The following site plans accomodate one, two, or multiple user(s). With a minimum requirement of 2.0 acres, the site is ideal for research and technology facilties, corporate or call centers, and light manufacturing businesses. Municipal approvals are in place for development of the west 5.3 acres. ![]() This site plan shows the Business Park build-out plan providing locations for up to five (5) businesses, averaging 2.5 acres per site. Sites can be combined. This plan shows an interior street bisecting the property, from the south property through to the north. City planners are hopeful for a north/south route through the site. |
