Frankenmuth is Open for Business!
The area designated "Lt. Industrial/Office" is owned by the City of Frankenmuth. Phase 1 of the Frankenmuth Business Park can be developed
as one parcel (approximately 5 Acres) or two parcels (2.5 Acres +/-). (See drawings to left and to right).
The area designated
"Commercial/Office" is owned by Frankenmuth Mutual Insurance. A total area of about 4 Acres is available for
redevelopment pending
users need.

Phase 1 of the City-owned property is zoned Industrial Special Use Planned Unit Development (I-S PUD). I-S PUD zoning provides
for businesses which can be housed in attractive buildings in park-like settings, including light industrial, research, sales and
production businesses.
Commercial/Office zoning is defined as Commercial Local Planned Unit Development (CL PUD). CL PUD
reflects uses similar to those already on North Main including those which provide for the sale of goods and services to meet the
the general needs of the Frankenmuth community.
This area will be annexed by the City of Frankenmuth upon development.
